GOD’S BELOVED
Dr. Rose Ann Feagins-Kerns is the founder and Pastor of Increasing Faith Outreach Ministries (IFOM), President of Increasing Faith Bible College and Owner of Real Talk Counseling Services. Dr. Kerns began her Spiritual journey on June 14, 1998, as she preached her initial sermon, “Sweep Around Your Own Front Door”. Dr. Kerns still believes in keeping it Real, Raw and Relevant according to the Word of GOD! She is an entrepreneur, business and spiritual leader, teacher, chaplain and counselor. In her journey, she advocates for survivors of Domestic Violence, and the elimination of spiritual bullies. She believes in and encourages those who are suffering from low self-esteem by using her personal experience and 23 plus years in the financial industry to help everyone understand a better way of life and provide them with sound doctrine according to Scripture and law. Dr. Kerns is an Interfaith Chaplain specializing in Grief and Trauma Counseling and she holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical History from Ambassador Christian College and a Doctorate Degree in Christian Education and Christian Counseling from Grace Biblical Institute and Seminary.
Under the Ministry of Dr. Kerns, she is the founder of “Taking It To The Streets” (Tent Revival Outreach Ministry), Feeding the Homeless, Financial Freedom Literacy Program, A Woman’s Worth (Woman’s Self Esteem & Domestic Violence Advocate), A Mother’s Love (Mothers of Abused and Molested Children), Single’s Soiree Experience (Singles Ministry), Real Talk, 4-REAL Roundtable Discussion (Bible Study) Healed 4-REAL (Christian Counseling Service). Through these Ministries, souls have been won for Christ through salvation, people being filled and baptized with the Holy Spirit, self-love being restored and walking in confidence of being healed for real with purpose and destiny.
Dr. Kerns is married to her childhood crush, Deacon Deon Kerns and she is also the mother of two adult daughters and 3 adult grandchildren.

Deon Kerns
DeaconMy Beloved Son
Deacon Kerns has always had a love for GOD in his heart and home. Deon dedicated his life to Christ in 1979 at Gethsemane Baptist Church of Davidson, NC. Deon is the loving son of his “Hero” The late distinguished Deacon James West Kerns and loving “Songbird ” Mother Gloria Jean Wilform Scott of Gethsemane Baptist Church of Davidson NC.
Deacon Kerns is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and after traveling all over the world and seeing things of war, he never lost his faith in GOD, as GOD always kept him covered.
Over the years, he has led several ministries for Veterans, a Mentorship program for youth, taught Bible Study, lead men to Christ and all around served in whatever capacity he could to help those that were in need. He is also the owner of Before and After LLC providing services to VA, NC, SC, GA.
Deacon Kerns has an unmatched heart to serve people, regardless to where they are in their journey called life; from broken to healed. One of his greatest assets is to love GOD and Family.
On August 29, 2022, GOD made a way for Deon and his childhood crush, Pastor: Dr. Rose Ann Feagins to reconnect and on February 4th, 2024, they entered into covenant relationship and became one flesh!
Together with his wife, Dr. Rose Ann, has served in the capacity of Taking It to The Streets – Tent Revival, Each One, Reach One, Feed One – Homeless Shelters, Increasing Faith Bible College (2025)

OUR STATEMENT OF BELIEF
Increasing Faith Outreach Ministries believe that
We Believe #1
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He was crucified, died, and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into Heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty.
We Believe #2
After death, eternal life begins either in Heaven or Hell. Where you spend eternity is based on your decision to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.
We Believe #3
The Bible was written and inspired by God, and that faith is acting on the Word of God and is the authority of Jesus the Christ.
We Believe #4
In water baptism in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We Believe #5
The indwelling and baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
We Believe #6
The restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God’s Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that by His stripes we are already healed.
We Believe #7
Tithes and offerings should be freely given to your local church. The local church is the place of membership where God has called you to receive His Word on a consistent basis and to grow spiritually.
We Believe #8
In giving alms (charity) to the poor, sick, homeless and others in despair.
