The Empowerment Ministry is was established with Christ so we will know our Worth as anointed husband & wives, fathers & mothers, friends, brothers & sisters, workers and men & women of God.
IFOM encompasses men and women from all realms of life who stand in unity as one body of believers in their gifts, service, and desire to go “from one degree of glory to another” (2 Corinthians 3:18 Amplified). We are a Ministry growing together in UNITY as we discover the splendor and joy of serving HIM.
We seek to encourage one another as we stand together, being perfected and fully equipped, closely joined and firmly knit together, growing in full maturity and building one another up in HIS love.
A MOTHER’S LOVE REAL TALK, 4-REAL
Real Talk, 4-REAL is a Bible Study and Prayer Line Ministry that was established with Christ as we pray for our children, family and loved ones all over the world. The Bible says: “Now Jesus was telling the disciples a parable to make the point that at all times they ought to pray and not give up and lose heart” (Luke 18:1 AMP). Children are our future. Speak life into their present situation, no matter how old they are. START now as we cover them in prayer. If we are believing GOD that our children and our children’s children are some we must pray. Some things come by Pray and Fasting.
TAKING IT TO THE STREETS
Taking It To The Streets is an Outreach Ministry that go around to Homeless Shelters and volunteer to cook and feed the Homeless, bringing love to those in our Prison Ministry, Domestic Violence Shelters, etc…. To feed their Physical as well as their Spiritual Bodies. No matter what their situations are, GOD still loves you. You can always “Look to the hills, from whence cometh your help, for ALL your help comes from the Lord”, (Psalm 121)

This Outreach Ministry is to give Care Packages or Food Baskets to Needy

Our Level-up Leaders are our 5-fold Ministry: Apostles, Prophet, Pastors, Evangelist and Teachers. We meet once per month for Leadership training in making Disciples of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. If you feel that GOD has called you in the Ministry of one of the ministering gifts, please see Pastor Rose Ann. We have a place in our family for you!
Marriage/Couples Ministry: Lead by Deacon Deon Kerns and Pastor Rose Ann
Marriage is the closest example of Christ’s relationship with the church. Your marriage is one of the most important covenants ever established. It’s worth developing a greater, deeper love for one another. At each monthly session, we talk about a wide range of marital topics— Real Talk, 4-REAL – the good, the bad, and the ugly. As Pastor Rose Ann always say, “we gonna keep it real, raw and relevant”!! We will talk about preventive measures to keep your marriage Christ-centered, strong, and balanced between husband and wife. Designed Daughters of Destiny Women’s Ministry: Lead by Pastor Rose Ann
Designed Daughters of Destiny was created to discuss the various challenges we face as women in general, including women of Ministry, parenting, single life, marriage and more. We use real life situations practically applied to biblically sound teachings combined with personal testimonies to encourage you along the journey of womanhood. Come join us. We have a place in our family for you!
Men of Valor – Men’s Ministry: Lead by Deacon Deon Kerns
Men of Valor is about connecting with Godly men to create a culture of freedom and fellowship. To develop the younger men with skills to improve their lives, including building good relationships. Come out and join us as we strengthen each other for life’s journey. We have a place in our family for you!
Single Life Ministry: Lead by Evangelist Dr. Dee Bailey
IFOM Singles are Real, 4Real concerning the challenges facing individuals who are not yet married. It’s a group designed to assist men and women to grow in their faith, honor God in their day-to-day life, serve others with the love of God, and have fun. Regardless of if you have never been married, divorced, separated, widowed, or a single parent we connect and encourage each other as a support group. Come join us, we have a place in the family for you.
Taking It to The Streets Outreach: Lead by Pastor Rose Ann and Deacon Deon Kerns
Luke 10:2 Therefore, said he unto them, the harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: so, pray ye therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into his harvest. This is the baby for Pastor Rose Ann as she believes in going outside of the 4-walls of a building to reach souls through Tent Revivals, Homeless and less fortunate feedings, etc.. This ministry will teach you how to fish and make disciples for Christ!
