Dr. Rose Ann Feagins-Kerns is the founder and Pastor of Increasing Faith Outreach Ministries (IFOM), President of Increasing Faith Bible College and Owner of Real Talk Counseling Services.  Dr. Kerns began her Spiritual journey on June 14, 1998, as she preached her initial sermon, “Sweep Around Your Own Front Door”.  Dr. Kerns still believes in keeping it Real, Raw and Relevant according to the Word of GOD!  She is an entrepreneur, business and spiritual leader, teacher, chaplain and counselor.  In her journey, she advocates for survivors of Domestic Violence, and the elimination of spiritual bullies.  She believes in and encourages those who are suffering from low self-esteem by using her personal experience and 23 plus years in the financial industry to help everyone understand a better way of life and provide them with sound doctrine according to Scripture and law.  Dr. Kerns is an Interfaith Chaplain specializing in Grief and Trauma Counseling and she holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical History from Ambassador Christian College and a Doctorate Degree in Christian Education and Christian Counseling from Grace Biblical Institute and Seminary. 

Under the Ministry of Dr. Kerns, she is the founder of “Taking It To The Streets” (Tent Revival Outreach Ministry), Feeding the Homeless, Financial Freedom Literacy Program, A Woman’s Worth (Woman’s Self Esteem & Domestic Violence Advocate), A Mother’s Love (Mothers of Abused and Molested Children), Single’s Soiree Experience (Singles Ministry), Real Talk, 4-REAL Roundtable Discussion (Bible Study) Healed 4-REAL (Christian Counseling Service).  Through these Ministries, souls have been won for Christ through salvation, people being filled and baptized with the Holy Spirit, self-love being restored and walking in confidence of being healed for real with purpose and destiny.

Dr. Kerns is married to her childhood crush, Deacon Deon Kerns and she is also the mother of two adult daughters and 3 adult grandchildren.
